3D from footage.
We're prototyping reconstruction of mountain terrain from contributed action-cam footage. Multi-view stereo plus the GPS / IMU stream we already extract for the 2D pipeline. The output is a textured mesh of the actual on-snow surface, not a generic DEM.
Status
- — Reconstruction code: in development, not shipped.
- — Beta access: invite-only, capped at a small group while it stabilizes.
- — Email signup: not wired in Stage 1 (would need a Supabase table). Stage 5 work.
